10 Strange Couples that Work

Despite what the title says, the pairings on this list are some the other people find weird but I like, and some I thought were weird but others like.

Notes: To save some paper, I re-used some old pictures I had.
And I had to minimize the picture to fit into the blocks.


From bottom right to the top left, here are couples on the list:

#10. Wile E. Coyote x Hello Nurse (Warner Bros. crossover)- Opposites attract in this couple.
He gets into a lot of pain, she heals it; He hardly gets what he wants, she gets everything; He's unlucky, she's always lucky.
Plus, Wile deserves her more than Yakko and/or Wakko (they are too young/old for her).


#09. Liquidator x Sailor Aluminium (Darkwing Duck & Sailor Moon crossover)- Just putting these two together just create a sexy water-related couple that'll get things boiling-hot.


#08. Snips x Scootaloo (MLP: FiM)- I just those two would make a fun little couple, and I think the couple name "Snipaloo" sounds adorable.


#07. Gonzo the Great x Skeeter (The Muppets)- Usually Gonzo is either going after Miss Piggy, chasing after actresses, or just being a fowlphile (having a sexual fetish for birds), but when he's around Skeeter, I see a special connection between those two.
They both have a love of doing weird and extreme-stunts, Skeeter can handle Gonzo's weirdness, and on "Muppet Babies" Skeeter is mostly teamed up with Gonzo in a few episodes.

And even in the comics where Skeeter returned as an adult, there were a lot of hints between the two.


#06. Pegasuses X Princess Celestia (Disney and MLP: FiM crossover)- I don't know if you can called them a crossover pairing or a crack pairing.
Sure both of them are noble, funny, and very loyal to their friends. And Celestia is a real female horse-like creature unlike that fake Aphrodite-like female pegasuses decoy (which Pain and Panic disguise themselves as).

But the thing that wouldn't work between these 2 are their levels of intelligence. While Celestia is smart, Pegasuses on the other hand is what Zeus described as "A magnificent horse with the brain of a bird."


#05. Manic Hedgehog x Orihime Inoue (Sonic Underground & Bleach crossover)- This pairing is heavily offended by out-ragged Ichime (IchigoxOrhime) fans (it's only a harm-less crossover people, get over it -_- ). Despite the hatred it's receiving, there some people who actually like it.
If you ignore the fact that may not look like a couple on the outside, they have so much in common with each on the inside.



#04. Megavolt x Weathervane (Darkwing Duck & Loonatics Unleashed crossover)- Nuff said.



#03. Cat in the Hat x Giselle (Dr. Seuss & Disney crossover)- I haven't drawn a lot of pictures of the couple, and I thought everyone forgot about it, but I was wrong.
As for the main reason why I paired them is because they are both a well-balance of intelligence, humor, and manners.

And when I submitted the picture of Cat with his son Cat Jr., a lot people responded that Giselle is Junior's mother (even though CJ is a canon character in the books, and I only colored his eyes blue as a trait that he didn't inherited from his father).
So I drew this picture of Cat and Giselle together with baby CJ for those who thought Giselle is his mom. They still look cute together with Junior, and since Giselle failed to become part of the Disney Princess franchise, she can always start a new life in the Seussland with Cat and CJ,


#02. Rev Runner x Bianca "Bia" Jetstream (Loonatics Unleashed FC)- A lot of people had too many complaints about this couple for years (-_-' ). Rabid fangirls, obsessive yaoi/slash-shippers, OC haters, LU haters, trolls, stupid people who think that every character they see is a MS, closed-mind people who thought that the pairing is bestiality and "unrealisric".....you name it, they hate the pairing.
But I still kept the pairing whether they like it or not. And for those who think that Rev would "never act like that when he's in love," how on Earth would you what Rev acts around a woman he likes when we NEVER seen him fall in love before.



And the #1 pick is.....


#01. Jojo McDodd x May Richards (HHaW and Pokemon crossover)- At first I was worried that people wouldn't like it when I made it 4 years ago, but when I saw a lot of positive feedbacks about them, I'm proud that I paired them up.

You think that pairing a Who with an anime human is weird, but beats having Jojo being paired up with one of the OCs fangirls made, a 2-5 year old , or even commit incest with his father .

And like I said before, Jojo and May actually have a lot of things i common whether it's rational, irrational, physical, mental, interests, from the fandoms they've been through, the character developments they had, the characters people paired them up with, etc.

Above all, they are practically star-destined soul-mates from different sides of the Earth.
