(Yes, I drew that sisters in my style. And for does who never read the manga nor watch the animes, yes they DO dress like they shop at S&M shops and have enormous chests. Almost every female Sailor Moon villain have large boobs that they usually confidentially expose out, not knowing the possibility of them getting groped by perverted men with hungry/thirsty hands that want to touch them )


Why? Like the Ayakashi Sisters of the Black Moon Clan, I think that Shredder's minions (as well as putting Bebop & Rocksteady in there beside nostalgic purposes) are basically rival-counterparts of each of the Turtles.

Rocksteady being a contrast to Leonardo, a leader

Rahzar being a contrast to Raphael, a fighter

Fishface being a contrast to Donatello, the brains

and Bebop being a contrast to Michelangelo, the wild card/party-animal
