Different Styles of Poison Ivy

This skecth is to show you guys the differences of all of Poison Ivy's appereances in Batman cartoons.

From Left to Right:

Poison Ivy #1: Batman The Animated Series- This is the first design of Poison Ivy in the WB animated series of Batman. The design was suppose to look muscular but femmime like she was in the comics.
An interesting fact is that, when Pamela/Ivy started appearing in the Batman comics in the mid 60's, her hair ear-length, but then the illustratures decided to make her have long hair, and in the Warner Bros. design, they sort of gave a classic long femme-fatle and Jessica Rabbit-like hair to make her more appealing.


Poison Ivy #2: Batman Arkham Files- This design of Poison Ivy is sort of designed to be more easier to draw and save time on animation.
In that Batman cartoon series, Ivy was designed to look more elfene (female elf) like, have pale green skin, pointy ears, wider but still sharp eyes, and a diiferent hair style.
One thing I hate about this design is that she just had the same head-shape and skinny-waisted teenaged girl body as all of the other women on Batman are.
And it makes her look like she's related to Tinkerbell.


Poison Ivy #3: The Batman- AHHHHGH! That design of Poison Ivy is the WOREST!!!
This Ivy is portrayed as a stick-figured teenager (instead of a full-grown woman like she's suppose to be), and she differently has an extreme lack of growth-spurt.
Look how skinny she is, and that nasty hair, that is NOT gonna make guys be attracted to her at all!



Poison Ivy # 4: My Design- This Poison Ivy right here is done in my style.
I gave her a more evened figure, a friendlier-looking face to trick her victums, longer boots and gloves, longer legs, and an extra curl in her hair.

If you noticed that each Poison Ivy has a different head-shape from another.
The first one has a wide oval-shaped haed, the second one had a shield-shaped one, the third has a square-shaped head, while mine has a heart-shaped one.
