A live-action version of Astrid's soon-to-be-pet dragon, Stormfly the Deadly Nadder.
As impressive as she looks as an animatronic, they seem to forgot two details about her:
1. Her blind spot is in-between her eyes, not her left side
2. In the movie, Stormfly's back spikes bend down so it'll be easier to seat on her back while flying.
And those spikes don't look very comfortable. >.<
And for those who may ask, sadly there were no animatronic versions of the Nut twins' Hideous Zippleback or the Terrible Terror (the smallest speices of the dragons).

I can only imagine the nightmare it must have been to get that thing to look so life-like. Still, I'd definitely say it was well worth it.
