My Top 10 Under-rated Characters

I must warn you, this list has some characters that most people hate.
So don't go so hard on me, it's just my opinion.

10. Orihime Inoue (Bleach): Back in 2005, Orihime has been on almost every Bleach fans' Top 10 Most Annoying Anime Characters. And they mostly think she's only on the show for the running gag of Kon's obsession of big busts.
But since Kon disappeared from the series, Orihime actually became a stronger character and more serious.
Plus, if it weren't her, Ichigo would've been dead.


9. The Loonatics (Loonatics Unleashed): I had to add these characters on their because they are indeed under-appreciated and hated.
The show could've been better if the animators and writers put some time and effort into it to make it more original. And the Looney-Tune weebos weren't so harsh on it.


8. Elmo (Sesame Street): I'm one of the few people that actually like Elmo.
I think he's cute and lovable.^^ Though I hate seeing all of the hatred this poor little guy's been given. Even my own grandma hates him and calls him "ugly".


7. Fat Albert and the Junkyard Gang: I had to put them of the list for lots of obvious reasons. They don't have much fanart here, they've been picked on because their show had too many poorly recycled animation; And the 2004 movie didn't help much to re-boot their fandom, since none of them acted liked they used to in the 70's and 80's.


6. Eugene the Jeep (from Popeye): Even though I'm more of a Felix the Cat girl, but I did watched "Popeye" from time to time.
The show had memorable characters, however everyone always seem to forget about Eugene.
I've read about him in the mini-comic I got with the DVD collection, and I think he's a cute and funny character.


5. Kon (from Bleach): Even though Ichigo is the main character, but it's Kon that is the story/show's mascot.
I know he's a pervert, but I feel so sorry for him because he always get the Wile E. Coyote treatment of plushes.
Not only that, he also have disappeared from the story and series, and none of the characters seem to have notice that he's gone, nor never mention him.
While everyone wants Aizen back, I actually want Kon (and the Mod Souls) back, and be come a strong and develop character.


4. Marsupilami: Even though Mars here is popular in France and in Belgium, he's heavily under-rated here in America.


3. Team Chaotix: I freakin' love these guys! Vector, Espio, Charmy, and even Mighty (not pictured) are like the Penguins of Madagascar even before the movie/show ever existed. You have a non-sense leader (Vector), the brains (Espio), the hyper one (Chramy), and the innocent one (Mighty). It's ashamed that most people only see them as filler characters/clowns.


2. Manic and Sonia (Sonic Underground): Lots of people have mixed feels toward the show, but one thing for sure, all of the people who actually like the show agree on about one thing, is that Manic and Sonia are the best characters the show.
These two are much better than their brother Sonic on the show, because Sonic was basically the same character we've seen in the previous 2 cartoons, with no development or changes (except for being a prince and have siblings).

Heck, out of all the Sonic characters from other medias, Sonia and Manic were voted as the characters the Sonic fans want to see the most in the Sonic games.


and my favorite under-appreciated character(s) is..

1. The Disney Gremlins- Out of all the gremlin designs I've seen, these are the cutest ones I've seen. Even their off springs, the Widgets, and are more cuter than the mowguies. And they show that gremlins aren't monsters as most people portray them.
I really wish Disney would make a movie out of this.
