Next to "Animaniacs," "Rocko's Modern Life" was the best cartoon series I've ever seen.
I loved it as a kid, and love it even more as an adult (mostly because I get the hidden jokes).
The characters were fun to draw [especially Spunky (cute doggy
) ], and I think I got the style down to a "T."
