Return of The Dinosaurs Pt6

After the Hawthorns gatherup their camping supplies, the Sinclairs found the Hawthorn's car which is attached to a trailer.

"It's kind of big for a trailer" Earl said

"But it'll have to do since we can't fit in the Hawthorn's car" Fran added.

Earl opened the door, and let Fran and Charlene (and Baby) in first, but when Earl tried to get in he suddenly was stuck in the doorway.

"Haha, Fat Boy got stuck" laughed Baby

Fran and Charlene grabbed hold of Earl's arming trying to pull him while Robbie is trying to budge his dad in the trailer.

"Have you gained weight, dad?" Charlene asked Earl

"No," Earl answered

"Earl!" Fran glared at her husband

"Okay, mabey I gained a 100 hundred pounds," Earl answered again with a gulity face

"Well one thing for sure," Robbie said as he tries to push his dad in with all the strength his got "we're gonna have to put you on a diet when we get to the city."

Earl finally got in, then Robbie entered the trailer after Earl landed on the floor.  

And then Serena came to the doorway as well.

"Are you going to ride in trailer with us, Serena?" Robbie asked

Serena nodded "Yes, so I can give you guys some info on the buildings we're going to pass."

"Sweet!" Robbie said being all satisfied about it.

Serena closed the door and sat on the front seat of the trailer

"We're ready, dad" Serena communicated to her father on the trailer's radio

"Okay, sugar!" her dad said back

"I'll start up the car now."

"This is going to be great!" Robbie said to his family

"We'll finally get to see a modern human-populated city!"

"Oh you just saying that cause your girlfriend's the tour guide" Charlene teased her older brother with a smirk

"She's not my girlfriend, Charlene!" Robbie shouted in a whisper all angred and emberassed.


Then Thaddius started up the car, and the Hawthorns and the Sinclairs are on their way to the city.







After a few hours, the Hawthorns finally reached Los Angeles.

"Here's it is everyone" Serena said to the Sinclairs

"Look out the window."  

The Sinclairs couldn't believe their eyes at what they were seeing.

"Wow!" they gasped looking at the tall shiney buildings of the city.

"These modern humans sure know how to live," Earl said as he looks at the buildings

"The buildings are bigger then ones WESAYO never finished."

"And shiney, " Baby added as he looked at the brightness of some of the buildings

"And look, there's practicaly a store at every corner of the streets!" Charlene said as she sees the shopping stores that were down the block.

"Serena, is this where you live?" Robbie asked Serena as he looked back at her

"Yep!" Serena nodded

"And right now we're heading to my home to drop off the digging equipment there and continue our tour later."



Then the Hawthorn's car stopped at a big green house.

"Here we are, this is where I live in the city," Serena said to the Sinclairs as she got out of her seat

"1991 Henson Street, and remember that."  

The Sinclairs and Hawthorns got out of the car and trailer to go inside the house.


"This is a nice place you got here" Fran said to Mrs. Hawthorn as she looks at the inside of house

"Thank you" Abigail said back

"Seat down or look around if you want too."


While the Sinclairs were looking around the house, Earl noticed that there is a strange smell coming from not only him (and Baby), but from the rest of his family as well.


Earl walked up to Thaddius and asked, "Hey Thad, is it okay with me and my family go get showers here?"

Then he smelled his breath and added, "And mabey brush our teeth?"  

Thaddius and Abigail nodded as they smelled horrible oder

"The first bathroom's across the hall next to the laundry room, and the second one's up stairs down the East wing," Thaddius tolded the Sinclairs where the bathrooms are as he holds his nose

"And please put your clothes in the laundry basket, so I can wash your clothes for you, " Abigail added


The Sinclairs started heading up to the bathrooms to take their showers.



After the Sinclairs took their showers and brushed their teeth, they all were in towel waiting for their clothes to dry cause Abigail washed them for them.

Fran had just finished giving Baby a bath in the Hawthorn's kitchen sink.

"There you go, sweetie" Fran said as she carries Baby out of the sink

"You're all clean now."

"I'm squeaky clean!" Baby said with a smile, then Fran wrapped Baby in a yellow duck towel.


Meanwhile, Robbie and Charlene are in the living room setting on the couch which is all cover with plastic.

"This feels unforntable" Robbie said

"I know" Charlene added

"Who puts modern furneture and exoctic furneture in the same room?"  

Robbie made an annoyed face and said "I was talking about the couch being all covered with plastic."

"Yeah that too," Charlene said back


Fran walked in the living room holding Baby, a box of baking soda, and a lemon.

"I found some baking soda and a lemon to deoderise those smelly sneakers of yours, Robbie" Fran said to her eldest son as she placed Baby in the middle the couch.

"Come on, mom. Do they really smell that bad?" says Robbie to his mom

"They're smelly enough to giving people faint and throw up from smelling them" said Charlene

"Pee-eww!" Baby added as he holds his nise imagine what Robbie's sneakers would smell after wearing them for over a millon years.


Just then Earl came in with a towel around him (gross) and holding a shampoo bottle.

"Fran if there's one thing that I learned today, it's don't trust these shampoo bottles" he said to his wife

"They don't taste as good as they smell."

Robbie, Charlene, and Baby had freaked and grossed-out looks on their faces from seeing their dad in a towel

"Um, I'm gonna go to get something to drink now" Robbie said as he got up off of the couch and walked to the kitchen.

"Okay, good luck with finding the kitchen," Earl said to his son


Then Earl sat on a big chair and noticed that ere were buttons on one of the arms

"I wonder what this does?" he questioned, he pushed the button and the chair begin to vibrate.

"Oh mama!" Earl said all thrilled and relaxed

"That feels good!"
