The Lamest Villains, in my opinion

Description

There's villains we love/like, love to hate, hate to love, and...there's some we just hate because they are pathetic.-_-

And here's 10 of them (single and groups), and the dishonorable mentions.

#10. Furgul Lucer/Francis Lerman (Kim Possible episode "Low Budget" ): Kicking off at #10 it's a villain from 'Kim Possible' who's not only the lamest villain, but also the cheapest.
Really? A dollar per person for a threatening note? Small (and easily frighten) snapping turtles as substitutes for sharks? Using a can of expired sausages to create an international virus to computers?
Let's just be glad that we never saw this guy anymore.

#09. Mandark/Susan (Dexter's Laboratory): :lmao: It's really hard to take this dork seriously. With that nasally voice, dumb laugh, egg-headed-ness, and nerdy attire, Mandark is so in denial thinking that he's gonna a big threat to man-kind.:XD:
Heck in "Ego Trip," he's voice never matured with his growth no matter how old he has gotten.

#08. Team Rocket (Pokemon): These guys just need to die off already (or at least replace with with better and more threatening villains). In fact, it was mostly their repetitive gimmicks and failures that made me quit watching this show.
With their goofy disguises and expensive gadgets (which mostly gets destroyed in the end) all just to capture one common Pokemon (Pikachu), they just putting the Road-Runner cartoons' formula to shame as the episodes come and go.

In "Black and White," they did made them get fired, split up, and Meowth joined Ash & friends.....all just to turn out to be nothing but a big fluke to capture Pikachu, yet again.-_-

#07. Marina Del Ray & Benjamin (Ariel's Beginning): For a Direct-to-DVD prequel to "The Little Mermaid," I find it very decent and watchable, with a few flaws here and there.
Though the only thing in the movie that wasn't very satisfying was the choice for the villains. Instead of seeing of what could've been Ursula as a mermaid (before she was turned into a leviathan/cephilahag/octopus hag woman), we got this bald woman who has no interests in ruling the kingdom, just wants a promotion from being governess/nanny to adviser.-_-;
As for Benjamin, he just makes this duo be a knock-off of Yzma and Kronk (Emperor's New Groove).

#06. Paula Hayes/Weathervane (Loonatics Unleashed): As I've said before, "Weathering Heights," in my opinion, is one of the worst episodes of the short-lived series. And half of it is because her.
Sure, we're suppose to feel sorry for her by the way Misty Breeze treated her in the beginning, but when she became Weathervane, she's just as worse as her boss (just with super-powers).
Basically, the episode and relationship between Paula and Misty is just a major b*tch-fight you see every day in high school (or on "Jersey Shore" ).
There's no use of rooting for any of these two because they are both horrible in their own ways.

#05. Reggie & Arthur(Fat Albert): For a movie of cartoon characters from the 70's becoming to life into the early 2000's, what do they have for antagonists against the main characters?...A typical jealous, popular jerk-jock and his idiot buddy.-_-'
Other than needing to be fully animated, what would've made the movie better (or at least better than what we got) is have better villains, like the Bad-News trio in the cartoon, a typical greedy mayor, or censors that want to cancel the show.

But a stereotype jock who's jealous of a cartoon character, and tries to have both love-interests to himself? No.

#04. The villains of any "Power Rangers" series: May I say more?

#03. The Silver-Age Batman villains: While the Gotham Rogues are one of the best villains of DC, but there's some that are forgotten for good reasons....until "The Brave and the Bold" brought them back.-_-'

Mr. Polkadot/Polka Dot Man- Crimes involved dots. Nothing dangerous about that, except for making people sick

Ten-Eyed Man- Having one's eyes on the tip there fingers, both stupid and gross :bleh:

Kite-Man - *sarcasm* A villain with no weapons and a stupid air-glider? Oh I'm shaking. Not!

Calendar Man - Holiday theme crimes? Ridiculous! Though it's a lot more threatening in "Arkham City," when CM actually marks dates on a calender to plan his next kill and crime sprees :fear:

Crazy Quilt: Stupid name, and lazy gimmick.

Not too mention the Condiment King from the 90's cartoon and the made-up villains from the Adam West Batman show, but talking about them would take too long.

#02. The CEO of Acme (Looney Tunes Back In Action): Swackhammer from "Space Jam" may have been a little clueless at times, but he was a more convincing and evil villain compare to this moron.
What the CEO's plan for world-domination is to plant a Blue Monkey Diamond onto a satellite, which will turn humans into monkeys, only to be turn back into humans and buy his products after they build them when they were monkeys....:ohmygod:
I rather be ruled by Pinky and the Brain, than this pathetic nimrod.-_-

#01. Neville (iCarly): 'Nuff said.

Dishonorable mentions:
Lunch Lady and the Box Ghost (Danny Phantom)
Prince Charming (Shrek the Third)
Lord Todd Spango (Mom and Dad Save the World)
Vanoush (Ghostbusters 2)
Ian Hawk (Alvin and the Chipmunk trilogy)
Snowball (Pinky and the Brain)
Dr. Scalex "Claw" & Robo-Gadget (Inspector Gadget movie)
Toyman in some issues (Superman)
Some of the minions of the "Sailor Moon" villains (some have stupid designs and attacks)
The main villains of "Batman Forever" and "Batman & Robin"- How insulting!
Clairentitto (Power Pachyderms)- Lame parody villain from a even lamer parody comic
Mad Dog (TMNT 1987)
The Smith Family (Powerpuff Girls)
Any spoiled-brat character
The Wicked Queen from "Mirror, Mirror"
Cattrina and Brattrina (Pound Puppies)
The villains of "A Pup Named Scooby-Doo"
Scrappy and Heather Jasper Howl (the live-action Scooby-Doo movies)
Aunt Figg, Mr. Bootlick, and Dr. Applecheeks (Tom & Jerry movie)
