The Wiz of Oz: Chapt 15

  Back in the woods, the mice had fully repaired Scarecrowjack, clothes and stiches.

"Thanks for the help fellas," Lion-Rat said to the mice, and the mice scurried back home

"Now that Boq and Fiyaro are all fixed up, let's hurry and get to the castle" said Water Dog

"I just hope they aren't anymore distractions to beat us up on the way," said Tin Duck

"Or that Alphonzo would do anything bad to us," said Scarecrowjack as he got up from the ground.

As just as the guys were about move on their way to the castle, they suddenly had heard some barking coming from the North of them.
It was Pluto running up to them.

All four of them gather here what Pluto had to say to them about Kim.

Of course Pluto can't talk nor could anyone understand him, so he commicated the guys with playing a little cherades.

"Alphonzo locked Kimberley in a tower of his castle," Scarecrowjack answered and got the cherades game correctly

"Yeah-yeah-yeah," Pluto pantted

Then Pluto allowed the guys to fallow him to Alphonzo's castle.


But time was running out, for Kim for she only had one hour to give up the shoes to Alphonzo or he'll kill her for them.




The guys fallowed Pluto up a small mountain, which was on the other side of it at the top.
They climbed, and climbed up on the mountain, until they finally reached the top of the mountain, but they stayed hidden behind the ridge to make sure Alphonzo doesn't see them.

"There it is," said Water Dog "The Castle of the West which belongs to no other then powerful and wicked warlock of the West, Alphonzo."

"Thank you, Reggis Philman" Scarecrowjack said sarcatically

"Kim's got to be in one of these towers, if we try to sneak in without Alphonzo finding us, will go in there get Kim and the cape."

Then all of four of them heard some loud marching coming from the castle. It was the weasle guards patroling the castle.

"Shoot! There's too many weasle guards here" Tin Duck said to the guys after seeing how many weasle guards are outside of the castle

"What do we do now?"

"Well I'll tell you what we're gonna do," Lion-Rat said looking all fighty

"I'll go up there and pop those skinny farrets on the heads, then I'll jab them in the guts, and I'll give them knock them out with a heavy upper cut!"

As Lion-Rat continued to talk, Tin Duck, Scarecrowjack, and Water Dog saw what is behind him and gasped with 'OMG' looks on their faces.

"When we come face to face with Alphonzo, I'll spit right in his eye" Lion-Rat contined

"Uh, Grim" Scarecrowjack said all nervously to Lion-Rat

"Then I'll have a rematch with those fat flying baboons and snap their wings off like a twig" Lion-Rat didn't payed attention and continued to talk

"You really should stop talking right now, Grim" Water Dog tried to stop him

"Then I'll turn around say to them 'You call youselves tough, well you're but a worthless pile of.......They are behind me aren't they?" Lion-Rat finally stopped talking and was frozen with fear

"Uhm-huhm" Tin Duck said all terrorfied with his mouth closed

Lion-Rat turned around and found four angery weasle guards behind him.

"Did I called you 'skinny farrets,' I meant sweet little chaps"  Lion-Rat smiled all nervously

Then the weasle guards attacked everyone with their bare hands.


Surprisingly the guys had one the fight cause the weasles knocked themselves out sence-less, while the weasles were uncautious , the guys took off the weasles' armor and put on theirselves to disguise themselves as guards.

"Are you sure these disguises would work?" Tin Duck asked Scarecrowjack

"It will as long as we keep the face masks on," Scarecrowjack answered

Then Water Dog looked over and saw that the guards were coming into the castle.

"The guards are going inside the palace" he said
"Let's in there quickly before they close the draw bridge (and this armor rusts on me)."

"I'm still don't like this idea at all about going into Alphonzo's palace," Lion-Rat be a coward as usually, but he still fallowed the guys down the mountain and into the palace with all of the weasel guards.


As they marched in with all of the weasel guards, the guys looked everywhere to find the door to the room where Kim is locked up in, then the guards stopped and wait as the Flying Monkies came and talked to them like they was giving out a speech.

"Any sign of intruders out there, soilders?" the Flying Monkey leader asked the guards

"Sir, no, sir!" the guards shouted

"Good," said the Flying Monkey leader

"Cause night the boss gonna take away the magic in those ruby shoes, and he doesn't want any meddlers to his plans. And we don't that to happen now, would we?"

Sir, no, sir!" the guards shouted again

"Okay, Pluto" Lion-Rat whispered
"Do you know which room Kim is in?"

Pluto nodded, and pointed to the upstairs

"Now where are the room keys?" Scarecrowjack asked secondly

Then Pluto pointed at the Flying Monkey's belt

"The Flying Monkey has them?" whispered Tin Duck, "How are are we gonna get them from him without getting caught?"

"Allow me," Water Dog replied, and scretched his arm really long and across some of the guards.

Water Dog's arm was able pass through without any of the guards noticing, and grabbed the keys from the Flying Monkey's belt.


"Got 'em!" Water Dog said as his arm returned to normal and grabbed the keys.

The guys quietly crepted behind the guards to get the room Kim was locked up in, then Lion-Rat accidentelly tripped on his tail and they all fell on each other like dominos, and the helmets and face masks fell off of their faces.

The guards and the Flying Monkies turned their heads as they heard the clanning noise the guys' armor made.

"It's the freak show and the dog!" shouted out one of the other Flying Monkies

The gang made chimpanize scared grins, waved, and sprinted away from the hallway with Pluto fallowing them and they left the armor on the floor.

"After them!!!!!" shouted the Flying Monkey leader, and all of the guards began to chace after the guys.
