Top 10 Skeleton-Characters

Description

Other than zombies, skeletons are also living-dead Halloween icons that are loved, hated, and feared no matter what.

And here's of them that made of them that made it on my list of favorite skeleton-related characters.

#10.) Lord Hater (Wander Over Yonder): Before you seek any vengeance on me, Hater is only at #10 because he's brand-new, but doesn't mean I don't like him.
He's such an over-the-top funny villain that'll rival the likeliness of Skelator (from He-Man) and Mojo Jojo (Powerpuff Girls).
Along with the two main characters (Wander and Sylvia) and his minions, the show is already better than "Duck Dodgers" in every way.*shields the flames*

#09.) The Skeleton Couple (Hotel Transylvania): AniMatt can say what he wants about Sony Animation studios and their movies, but I think "Hotel Transylvania" is a movie that you're not suppose to take it seriously, but just have fun and enjoy it.
And it did provide some good jokes and innuendos from the characters, especially the skeleton couple with the nude joke.

#08.) Grim Reaper (The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy): If you ask my opinion about the show, I thought it was a good show, despite the gross-o-meter being off the charts on the series (mostly when it comes to the character of Billy).
I can not deny that Grim is one the best characters on the show.

Sure, we're suppose to fear the Grim Reaper because he's the figure who tells you're time is up, and judges your behavior to either go up to Heaven or burn in Hell; but yet we worship him as a goth icon and he's created as a likable character on the show.
I do feel sorry for Grim because he's forced against his will to be Mandy & Billy's friend, but on the bright side, once they grow old and die he'll be free from their deal.
And I did enjoy the Jamaican-accent of his (though every time I hear it can't help think of a certain Disney crab :O_o: ).

#07.) Smitty Warbenjagermanjensen (Spongebob episode "One Krab's Treasure" ): Ironic that Mr. Krabs made that name up, but he turns out to be a real character after all.
And I like how Smitty isn't like how most cliche undead characters attack like once something from their's is stolen/taken.

#06.) The Horned King (The Black Cauldron): He sort of counts as a skeleton, look at his face!:fear:  In the original story, the character he was based on was actually a human that were a mask made out of a deer skull; Either way he's portrayed, the Horned King remains in my opinion one of the scariest characters and favorite Disney villains on my lists.

#05.) The Talking Skeleton (The Last Unicorn): I'm pretty shore that when this guy was alive he was a real party animal, and even when he's dead he still likes his wine (which might've been what killed him in the first place).
But just because this living stack of bones likes to party, doesn't mean that he shouldn't be taken seriously.
When he started to talk in a eerie voice and his eye cavities began to glow red, I was ready to run out of the living room!:fear:
The skeleton was a watchdog in disguise this whole time, and could see that Lady Amalthia was actually a unicorn that escaped from the Red Bull!
Good thing that in "Equestria Girls" that don't have a character like him (nor a unicorn hunter), otherwise both a certain unicorn-turned-alicorn and her rival-at-one-point would be in trouble...

#04.) Mr. Skullhead (Tiny Toons and Animaniacs): Who doesn't like the "Good Idea/Bad Idea" segments? :lmao:

#03.) Skull Boy (Ruby Gloom): I ended up loving the cute-goth series of "Ruby Gloom" and I found many lovable characters, and Skull Boy is one of them.
He's sweet, helpful, and always trying out new things that tickles his fancy (and find more about his family's history).
In some ways, Skull Boy is like Gobo from "Fraggle Rock" (full of wide-eyed wonders, big dreams, and always want to explore new places no one dares to go before).
And he and Ruby make such a cute couple.^^

#02.) Bone Jangles (Corpse Bride): Bone is under-rated and under-utilized when it comes to some of the characters, mostly because people were too busy fighting over the Victoria-Victor-Emily love-triangle.
But while I think Victor and Victoria belong together, I'm with the people who paired Emily with BJ. It would've been nice to have a subplot where Bones had a long crush on Emily, and at the end when Victor chose Victoria, Bone step in and propose to Emily and confessed his feelings for her.:)
Why not? BJ is a colorful, upbeat, and charming character and he isn't like that jerk that killed Emily a long time ago.

#01.) Jack Skellington (The Nightmare Before Christmas): Who else did you expect? I can't argue with the die-hard fans of TNBC that Jack is one of the best Disney icon characters ever created.
He's charming, cunning, shivorous, whimsical, and a true gentleman of a character, even if he did went insane with the whole Christmas shtick (than again he was bored of the same thing happening every year, and just needed a boost).
In the end, Jack learned his lesson and restore back to his former-self, with Sally by his side.

Honorable mentions:
Scraps (Corpse Bride)
The musical bones from "Mickey Mouse: Haunted House"
Skully from the "Scary Godmother" books and TV specials
Horned King's dead army
Brooke (One Piece)
Lord Death (Soul Eater)
