This is one of the requests for :iconjacoblye:.
He requested a picture of Panchito and Arista (one of my top Disney crossover pairings) underwater (with Panchito as a mer-rooster).
The picture is mostly inspired by the part in the Disney 3D theather "Disney's Phillarmagic" when Donald Duck met Ariel, he suddenly went all love-sick fanboy over Ariel when he heard her singing and when she tickled under his chin.
Looks like Panchito is all like melted butter in Arista's hands (those heart-shaped bubbles were suppose to come from Panchito's mouth, and that's suppose to be an illusion that Panchito's mer-rooster tail is wagging).
