Weathervane: New Style

Paula/Weathervane may not be my favorite villain in "Loonatics Unleashed", and "Weathering Heights" isn't my favorite episode, but I've desided to give her a make-over.

I didn't think her old outfit make her seem like she's a weather-controlling villainess, it looked more like a junk suit with duct-tape of it.

So I gave her sort of an 80's Rocker girl suit that has patterens on it that represent the weather.

I also gave her a wild 80's pony-tail to fit her personality, cause when she first got her weather-controlling powers, she DID went insane and filled with anger.
And an elf-like face to match the whole thing.


If you look closely, you'll see that Weathervane has ear-rings that look like thunder-storm clouds.
