.....Yeah, no offence Ms. Menzel, but I don't think your character needs a girlfriend, nor a boyfriend for that matter. :hmm:

What's wrong with wanting some characters stay single?

Other than that there are 2 things wrong about it:

1.) It would ruin the message the first film gave, how true love doesn't always have to be with a significant other & it came be either kinds of love.

2.) Disney already had did sequels with the character who never had a love-interest/nor was interested in love at the beginning; fell in love with a new character that was just made just in this movie (examples: "Hunchback of Notre Dame 2" & "Kronk's New Groove" ). And most of them fell flat like old sodapop.

Personally, I see Elsa be more like a single adoptive mother figure, than be a romantic interest to someone canon in the Frozen era.

Maybe for "Frozen 2," they can borrow some parts of the book that loosely inspired the 1st film, "The Snow Queen," and introduce a character to add to the film.
The best characters I think would fit in are the gang of robbers that Greta (from the book) encountered on her journey to save Kai (also from the book). And in the band of thieves is an orphan girl, who they raised to steal and trick people out of their belongings.

Because I can see Elsa bond with the Robber girl for she was the same way she was at her age, and in the end, the Robber girl redeems herself & gets adopted by Elsa as her (Elsa's) new daughter.

Whether Elsa is single or falls in love with somebody who's really nice to her, I love, respect and comfort Elsa and I am always happy for her. :)
